Bio of Course Facilitators

Mimi Bailey, RN, has focused her nursing in Chemical Dependency and Stress Reduction. As a person who lives with the daily challenges of autoimmune disease, chronic pain and as a cancer survivor, she relates well with participants and finds great value in practicing this course work in her own life.

She received her B.S. Ed. from Nova University. Mimi began mindfulness and stress reduction work in 1982 and has studied under the guidance of many highly qualified teachers of contemplative psychology and meditation. She completed an eight-week course of Mindfulness Stress Reduction and internship at U Mass Medical Center in 2000

Mimi is an avid supporter of preventative and integrative medicine . Her background as an educator and nurse enable her to share the concepts of Mindfulness in a simple and straightforward  style.

 

Co-Facilitator and Yoga Teacher

Lynn Einloth has been a registered nurse for more than 40 years and has been teaching Hatha Yoga at Jupiter Medical Center since 1998.  She also  leads many yoga classes in the Jupiter area.  Lynn brings the experience of Mindfulness to Hatha Yoga in a clear and refreshing manner.  Her warmth  and supportive style are an asset to this program. 

Lynn and Mimi have worked together for several years bringing a team approach that is comprehensive and unique to the course in Mindful Living.
